The Red Clay Strays are one of the most exciting Southern rock bands performing today. Kicking off late on Saturday night were young Sweet Talk. All three members were in their early 20s. The trio played some updated country music and in addition to several original pop numbers, they performed a number of very well executed original songs with down-to-earth lyrics. High energy and charisma were displayed throughout their performance. The band has a growing discography that gives listeners a sampling of their talent, but it was clear that the real show was happening on Saturday at Ground Zero.
