This Thursday night, the Awakening Foundation proudly presents the “Soul on Fire” act in Sacramento, California, on their “30th ANNIVERSARY” Tour, featuring ALL THE HITS and special guest Zach Williams.
“I’ve been getting asked the question for many years, 'When is Third Day going to do a tour again,' and I’ve always said… One day soon, I hope,” said founding frontman Mac Powell. “I’m so excited that we finally get the chance to play music together again on stage and give our fans what they’ve been waiting for."
Reuniting for the first time in over ten years, Third Day’s founding members come together to celebrate three decades of faith-affirming music. Their forthcoming limited run features 30 arena shows across the United States, each one a once-in-a-lifetime experience brimming with the group’s enduring classics from fourteen studio albums. Through dauntless belief in the Almighty and reverence for Southern rock traditions, Third Day became a sterling icon of the CCM movement, renowned worldwide for over thirty number-one singles on Billboard’s Christian charts. LIVE in concert, they will revisit such Hot Christian chart-toppers as “You Are So Good To Me,” “I Need a Miracle,” and “Cry Out To Jesus,” with fan-favorite additions in the vein of “Born Again” and the breathtakingly marvelous “God of Wonders.” The band, winner of 25 Dove Awards and 4 Grammys, offers a welcome reprieve from current turmoils, giving you and thousands of fellow followers a glimpse of enlightenment through song and music.
